Packaging
Every portfolio ships in protective tissue inside a corrugated carton. Orders over 250 units ship on a pallet for additional protection.
Carriers
We ship via UPS Ground for orders under 250 units and via LTL freight for larger orders. Expedited UPS and freight options are available on request.
Returns
Plain and Generic Imprint portfolios may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if unused. Custom and Deluxe orders are non-refundable but covered by our craftsmanship guarantee.
Guarantee
EAZCO guarantees every portfolio against manufacturing defects. Notify us within 60 days of receipt and we will replace defective units at no charge.
