What's the minimum order quantity?

Plain portfolios start at 25 units. Generic Imprint starts at 50 units. Custom Printed requires a minimum of 100 units. Deluxe portfolios can be ordered in quantities as small as 25.

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

In-stock Plain portfolios ship in 2–3 business days. Generic Imprint orders ship in 3–5 business days. Custom Printed orders take 10–14 business days from proof approval. Deluxe orders require 14–21 business days.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. Rush service is available on Plain and Generic Imprint orders for an additional fee. Please call our office to confirm capacity before placing a rush order.

Can I order a sample before committing?

Absolutely. We send a complimentary sample of any in-stock Plain portfolio to verified U.S. business addresses. Use the contact form and mention the color you'd like to see.

What colors are in stock?

Accepted Answer

Navy, Burgundy, Forest Green, Black, Tan, Hunter Green, White, Gray, Brown, Royal Blue, Maroon and Charcoal. Custom colors are available on orders over 500 units.

How do I send my logo?

Email vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) to general@eazco.com after placing your order. Our art department will prepare a digital proof and email it for your approval before production begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, business check and net-30 terms for qualifying repeat customers.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Accepted Answer

We ship throughout the United States and to Canada. International shipments outside North America are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Plain and Generic Imprint portfolios may be returned within 30 days for full refund if unused. Custom Printed and Deluxe portfolios are non-refundable due to the customization involved, but we guarantee our craftsmanship and will remake any item with a manufacturing defect.

Are EAZCO portfolios made in the USA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every EAZCO portfolio is cut, sewn and finished in our New Orleans, Louisiana workshop. We have never offshored production.
