WARRANTY

EAZCO, Inc. warrants its vinyl products to be free of defective materials, workmanship and/or customization for a period of 45 days from original invoice date. All customer requests regarding product warranty must be received in writing (via email) before the warranty expiration date to be considered.

List the following information in the body of the email:

Date of order
Date of shipment
Name of person placing original order
Detailed description of problem

Upon receipt of request, a determination will be made and if qualified, a return authorization number will be provided. Representative samples of the product in question, must be sent "Prepaid" to the address below.

Upon receipt & inspection of returned merchandise, should the samples be determined defective in materials, workmanship and/or customization, credit card purchases will receive a credit to the account used for the original purchase.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Refunds, returns and/or replacements will be considered if the problem is reported to EAZCO, Inc. within 45 days from the original shipment date. An email must be sent to eazcoinc@gmail.com within that time period.

Upon receipt of the request, all eligible returns/refunds and/or replacements will promptly be reviewed and given a determination. Further directions will be communicated via e-mail.

Representative samples of the product in question must be received by EAZCO, Inc. within the 45 day period mentioned above. Eazco, Inc. is not responsible for refunding shipping & handlings costs to either send or return samples.
